Dear Mike and Kim,

I can't begin to tell you how grateful we are for the time we spent with you during these past two years. In helping us build our home, you made a colossal task seem easy. Your knowledge, experience, and professionalism were only exceeded by your zeal and kindness. In you, we not only found the perfect people to build our home, but we also found two very good friends.

Right from the start of the project, you made us feel very relaxed and comfortable about everything. Not an easy thing to do when people are making large financial decisions ( which will affect the rest of their lives). No matter when I asked or what I asked, you found the time in your extremely busy schedules to quickly get back to us with an answer. And during this time, we were fortunate enough to get to know you and your terrific family (Shane, Dylan, and Otis).

Throughout the difficulties we experienced during construction (with other people), you were the ones who smoothed the way. I cannot imagine getting this project done without you. Nor, in retrospect, would I want to do it without you. You are always welcome in our home and in our lives, as we have become your friends. Thank you again for everything.

It was great having such an enthusiastic couple share the excitement of our new home. Building a home can become stressful and difficult at times. The occasional calls you had made to make sure we were doing well gave us reassurance that you provided us was so greatly appreciated and necessary when we needed it most. It gave us ease. You are both dedicated representatives and we wouldn’t have been able to do it without your support.

The journey of building our home was awesome but the best part was that we made to great friends. Again, we want to thank you for your support, motivation and friendship. We had an experience of a lifetime!

It is a year later and we would like to thank you for your kind assistance and patience with our buying experience through to the completion of our log home. You’ve made a life long dream come true for us. After speaking with Vernon and Kelly S., we knew we had to call you and sign up. We didn’t know what to expect with you being so far away but we were pleasantly surprised! Both of you have been there for us when we needed help and/or had a problem. When things looked like they wouldn’t come together, in time all worked out. Your confidence and positive attitude was greatly appreciated.

Now we can look back and smile about things that made us frantic back then. This was the biggest step we had ever taken in 14 years together and we have no regrets. It’s the best decision we have ever made.
