Katahdin individually crafts each home package from the finest wood components and provide the highest quality doors, windows, skylights and roofing materials.
Our customer service is second-to-none. If there is ever a problem, we will go the extra mile to correct it. We invite you to talk to our previous log home customers and ask them how we helped them live their dreams. We will furnish references upon request from homeowners in your area when possible.

We have lenders. If you have questions about your building site, give us a call, and we'll take a look. We also work with builders who will construct your log home for you.
Air-Dried Cedar Logs
Cedar can be naturally air dried to an average of 12 to 14% moisture level, they are ready for milling to the final log profile.
More than 10,000 pounds of water are removed from the typical home, significantly reducing the weight of the logs. Properly dried logs provide higher insulation values, which reduces your energy costs and increases the comfort of your home. Graded and Certified Logs ensure each log meets the Building System Council's standards for grading. We offer Total Package Flexibility. Insulated cedar log walls are also available at no extra charge.
